New Lambic near Novoslobodskaya metro station!
We opened the doors of the 17th restaurant of our network in Moscow. The new restaurant is located in a beautiful historical place next to the cult publishing house "Enlightenment" on Krasnoproletarskaya street 16с2, 5 minutes walk from m. "Novoslobodskaya" !.
For those who like to dine in the fresh air, we have equipped a large veranda under centuries-old fir trees. And for those who love interactive activities, we advise you to watch the cooks at work in the hall with open kitchen. We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join us at the largest beer festival in the world! This year, in keeping with this wonderful tradition, we've created this menu in collaboration with Miratorg, inspired by the recent festival. We'll start with a crispy pretzel, which we all look forward to every year, and flaky roti with pulled pork! For main courses, we'll have pork loin schnitzel and smoked pork brisket with crispy cauliflower. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is traditionally the mini bone-in pork knuckle! This year, we're glazing it in demi-glace sauce and serving it with mashed potatoes and French fries.
