On tap, try out the new products:

The biggest news: we now have our own beer!

SATER PREMIUM LAGER - Belgian light lager brewed by the famous St-Feuillien brewery, brewed especially for our Brasserie Lambic restaurant chain.

A perfectly balanced beer, the flavor and aroma are mild, moderately malty with a profile of toasty and honey notes with a slight hop bitterness.

Brasserie St-Feuillien was founded in 1873 by Stephanie Friar. Now in its 5th generation, the Friart family continues to brew a wide range of beers, including Abbey St-Feuillien, Saison and Grisette, upholding local brewing traditions.

PAUWEL KWAK

One of the most famous Belgian specialty beers in the world. It is an amber ale with a fruity aroma complemented by hints of malt, nougat and caramelized banana. Unique in this beer is not only the flavor, but also the glass, which has a shape called “Yard”. This shape of the glass was invented by the owner of the inn where the beer was sold, so that carriage drivers could safely fix the glass on the carriage and the beer would not spill.

MARTINS IPA

An Indian pale ale brewed using Dry Hop technology. Dry hop flowers added at the end of fermentation give this beer an exquisite balance and unique character. Honored with the highest award at the Superior Taste Award in 2014.

WOODBRIDGE STOUT

Traditional English stout of deep black color with aroma of dry roasted malt with coffee notes and balanced soft aftertaste.

CIDER REBEL APPLE MEDIUM DRY

The flagship cider that started the Rebel Apple story. This natural semi-dry cider is created from pure apple juice. The cider blend includes only Russian apples of 4-5 different varieties. Rebel Apple was recognized as the “Best International Cider Mill of the Year” at the GLINTCAP competition held in the USA, which is considered the most respected in the cider world. To date, it is the only cidery from Russia to have won three gold medals in the Heritage Cider - Dry and Modern Cider - Dry categories.

Also on the guest tap we have the summer's most Radler-inspired beer, which is EGGENBERG PINK GRAPEFRUIT, with a strength of only 2%. A juicy fruity beer brewed with the addition of pink grapefruit juice on a Classic Marzen base. This fruity beer conquers citrus freshness and delicacy. A perfect choice for the hot summer.

Back in the atlas is our long awaited and favorite bottled beer:

— TRAPPIST ORVAL, a Trappist that has the largest army of fans around the world. It is a dry, strong ale with a tart, fresh, slightly sour flavor and an incredible, multifaceted aroma.

— LA CHOUFFE is the brewery's flagship brew and the favorite drink of the fairy-tale Dwarfs.

— BLANCHE DE NAMUR RADLER LIME is one of the most summery Radler-style beers. The beer has a very bright citrus flavor thanks to the addition of lemon juice, lime and bitter orange zest.

— MORT SUBITE KRIEK LAMBIC TRADITION is a unique lambic aged for 3 years with the addition of natural cherry juice.

— SWEDISH CIDERS FROM ÄLSKA brand - very refreshing and with bright sweetness. Two new flavors: Raspberry, Strawberry, Elderberry and Peach, Mango, Lime.

A big update in the Special Beer section:

— STRAFFE HENDRIK QUADRUPEL HERITAGE - an exquisite variation of the “Straffe Hendrik” Quadrupel that is brewed once a year and then aged for a year in an oak barrel.

— PIRAAT SPECIAL RESERVE RUM BARREL AGED - Piraat's strong golden ale that has been aged for several months in oak rum barrels.

— MONK'S CAFÉ GRAND CRU - a blend of three-year aged lambic with young triplet.

Replenishment of non-alcoholic beer collection:
DELIRIO ALCOHOL FREE BLOND, hoped and tropical PARANOIA HAZY HOPPY and refreshing PARANOIA HAZY FRUITY ROUGE.

15 Year Old Lambic
15 Year Old Lambic

Dear Guests! This summer, we’re celebrating Lambic’s 15th anniversary. That’s exactly how many restaurants we now have in Moscow, all located in a wide variety of convenient and comfortable spots for you! To mark our anniversary, we’ve created more than 15 new dishes, inspired by the warmth and trust you show us when you visit with your families, host business meetings, or simply seek a cozy spot to enjoy a glass of beer or wine. These aren’t just new additions—they’re our culinary declarations of love! On our anniversary menu, you’ll find a wide variety of new appetizers: Spanish empanadas, spicy eggplant in Thai sauce, juicy brisket tacos, Portuguese croquettes, and delicate cod rillettes. We now serve mussels in a new tomato sauce, and Belgian waffles with pork crackling and oyster mushrooms. For main courses, we recommend Mediterranean-style salmon, chicken thighs with baby corn, lightly smoked sea bass or dorado, and—as the perfect accompaniment to beer—mini burgers or strip loin with french fries! We look forward to seeing you try the anniversary menu at Lambic! Thank you for being with us! From the Lambic team
