Meet the long-awaited new product on Lambic taps — the classic Guinness dark Irish dry stout!
A legendary beer created from burnt malt, caramel malt, roasted barley and hops. These ingredients give the beer a dark brown color, «burnt» and smoky notes, and hints of coffee in the flavor. The flavor of the beer is smooth and creamy, with notes of roasted barley, cocoa, coffee, smoke, charcoal, and a dry chocolate aftertaste.

Oktoberfest at Lambic!
We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the largest beer festival in the world! We start with crispy brezel with torn pork in demiglace sauce and cheese sauce, which we prepare on the basis of cheddar and gorgonzola. For hot, we take a potato waffle with Munich sausage and half a chicken in crispy breading with mustard aioli and pickled cabbage. Pair it all with German brews from Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is traditionally pork knuckle, which the guests and the whole Lambic team have been waiting for so much! This year we serve it in ginger glaze, with mustard, mini potatoes and braised red cabbage.

We couldn't miss the Belgian Beer Weekend, one of Belgium's many festivals dedicated to beer and brewing, which has been held in Brussels in early September on the city's main square, Grand Place, since 1998. Celebrating the weekend seemed too easy for us, so we'll be celebrating all week long!
