We have selected seven of the best flavors and textures for you. And we haven’t forgotten the most important quality — the perfect pairing with beer! — Shrimp burger with shrimp patty, tartar sauce, and lightly salted cucumber.— Mini beef burgers in warm pepper sauce.— Mini beef burgers in warm mushroom sauce.— Taco Birra with braised beef tails, mozzarella, and demi-glace sauce.— Hot dog with beef brisket, pickled cabbage, barbecue sauce, and mustard.— Hot dog with artisanal pork and beef sausage, sauerkraut, and barbecue and mustard sauces.— Crispy chicken sandwich on brioche with romaine lettuce and Caesar sauce.
